As per reports Indian (RA & W) invested nearly 3.5 million USD to spread propaganda and they have to since they put all eggs in US especially in Israel basket.

Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf addressed the most truthful speech to an Iranian official in years, as a last-ditch attempt to save the state from "illusions of revolution".
With shocking realism and the language of numbers, he admitted that the military balance of power was tilted in Washington's favor, and corrected the illusions of overwhelming victory promoted by Iranian media and extremist voices, to present everyone with the truth: We did not destroy them, but we persevered.
Qalibaf told the hawks at home that steadfastness is the only victory available, and that negotiating now from a position of (relative) strength is better than negotiating later from a position of complete weakness.
His message is clear: we survived the storm. Take the deal now before the language of numbers and resources has its final say.

It is a power play. To show the world Who wears the pants. If these negotiations fail, world will know who is in charge and who should be negotiated with next.

tbh we know how they have been fighting each other so lets wait till this clears up and gets confirmed from multiple sources
I don't think it is, as far as I know Irani advance team is already in isb.
