Unbelievable! Let us dilute our HEU to 3.5% so we can spend a few more years wasting gigawatts of electricity on enrichment to get to the point we are at now again, and get attacked again. We are ruled by imbeciles.

Katz says Israel waiting for ‘green light’ to renew war against Iran

Katz says Israel is “awaiting a green light from the United States, first and foremost to complete the elimination of the Khamenei dynasty, the initiator of the extermination plan against Israel, and the successors of the successors of the leadership of the Iranian terror regime, and in addition to return Iran to the age of darkness and stone by blowing up central energy and electricity facilities and crushing national economic infrastructure.”

This is what happens when you say no to nuclear weapons and fail to establish deterrence. Now even Israel says they will send Iran back to the stone age. Now keep throwing worthless cluster munitions with 20kg bomblets over Tel Aviv, or hit storage tankers instead of destroying critical components of their infrastructure.

They were the ones who pushed Trump to get the truce that is currently in place. Now, suddenly, they're threatening? It makes no sense. Perhaps, they received new interceptors.

America's failure in the naval blockade of Iran

Kepler wrote:
🔹 Nine ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz in the past day, the only loaded ships with cargo were ships under US sanctions and from the shadow fleet related to Iran.

[🔹] (emoji/5888681238360757868) Also, ships flying the Iranian flag continued to pass through the Strait of Hormuz and the Sea of Oman despite the naval blockade of the American terrorist army.

🔹 These cases show the limitations of the Americans in the naval blockade of Iran.

American journalist: Iranians have understood that Trump is bluffing

Geraldo Rivera, American writer and journalist:
🔹 I think the Iranians have understood Trump's bluff and have come to the conclusion that he will eventually back down.

[🔹] (emoji/5888681238360757868) At first, Trump's tone shocked and worried them, but over time they realized that he was more talk than action.

🔹 Trump underestimated Iran's ability to withstand pressure and difficulties.

[🔹] (emoji/5888681238360757868) According to him, Trump's idea was that he could bring Iran to the negotiation table with extensive bombing and destruction.

Only if Iran forms a close strategic and military alliance/friendship with Russia or China, allows Chinese or Russian military base in Iran or even a joint base, in order to safeguard the trade route, to stop the war etc. The same way US was unable to impose no fly zone over Syria due to Russian military/base presence.

That would be an effective strategy as bombing of Russian or Chinese soldiers stationed in key Iranian military installations would be a deterrent; Russians might oblige but I doubt the Chinese.
The way I look at it, unless some grand bargain is reached which also satisfied Israel, we are looking at continued hostilities in the Middle East as long as Trump and Netanyahu occupy their respective offices. Remove either of them and I foresee a likely reduction in hostilities.

Although I am happy if Iran is indeed evading the blockade, I cannot help but wonder how exactly a huge slow oil tanker can hide from satellites or drones or radars ? The only path I thought Iranian ships can use is hugging the coasts of Pakistan and India and hoping the US doesn't violate their territorial waters.

New York Times: Blockades are not as effective as Trump imagines

🔹 The maritime blockade strategy, designed with the aim of economic pressure on Iran, faces serious limitations in practice; Because even in spite of military attacks and pressures, Iran has still been able to maintain a part of its oil exports and benefit from the increase in global energy prices.
@TasnimNews

The war itself is a mess and a war for Israel and maybe even for Netanyahu himself. I see no 'victory' for America unless they decide on carpet bombing and/or nuking Iran in multiple places.
While the war hawks in America like John Bolton think the American Blockade was needed, even India's General Bakshi is spot on: Trump destroyed his own off ramp by doing the Blockade.

How do you start a war and not realise before hand Iran would use the strait of Hormuz as a focal point, with no apparent solution. Lol, Horrible military planning.

That's the worst idea.
The US instigated a civil war in Syria and literally invaded Deir Ez-Zur oil fields when Russia had military bases there. Syria was the worst example to come up. A country that suffered from civil war for 14 years and fell in just 11 days. That's your example of what Iran should follow? lol
When the war started Usa, Turkey, Saudis wanted Nato to impose no fly zone, to destroy Syrian army but they could not due to risk of clash with Russia. This is one of the reason the war continued for decade, the reason they fell was because all surrounding nations imposed sanctions, they gave billions to the terrorists, the Syrian economy collapsed and their leader called it a day. Gaddafi fought back against the terrorists, he nearly finished them off but Nato employed no fly zone to save their holy warriors.

if no Nation can attack Iran via airforce or naval attack, then Iran should be able to become a strong nation, survive this. This is also one of the reason South Korea and Japan have Usa bases. The risk is always their ofcourse, Usa can just leave them when #### hits the fan. Iranians should give solution to the current problem, they are facing war, cannot end the blockade which is also an act of war, they cannot protect their leadership, talking big like IRGC will not solve the problem.

Wrong. The Russians refused to enter the Syrian war until 2015, four years after the civil war started. Syria had good air defenses at first. It took years of civil war to downgrade it.

It was the Quds Force of Iran that kept Assad in power, not Russia. Russia wanted Assad to hand over the power to somebody else before 2015. Russia entered the Syrian war at the expense of looting Syria's natural resources, particularly long-term control of their phosphate resources. And they betrayed Iran and Assad in the end.

Please keep your genius solutions to yourself. We are not going to turn Iran into another Syria. Not to mention that the Russians left Iran's Bushehr nuclear reactor as soon as shit started to hit the fan.
