Tehran is rejecting the framework outright, insisting that PERMANENT lifting of all sanctions is the baseline for any agreement, not a provisional carve-out that expires if talks collapse.

Pakistan is performing a high wire balancing act between its neighbor and the GCC countries with which it has deep economic and political ties. I think that's understandable and many other countries are doing the same e.g. Turkey or Azerbaijan.

If all of Iraq's oil revenue is held by the US Federal Reserves since 2003, and it's drip fed to the Iraqi Government, Iraq doesn't have much of a choice, power, sovereignty or anything. They have to abide by whatever the US says.
