Making a deal with Trump is pointless when "Israelis" and their allies in US Congress can easily push him around. His threats clearly show he is walking away from the MoU, especially the part that addresses the end of conflict in Lebanon and respecting Lebanese sovereignty and its territorial integrity. He is blaming Hezbollah when it is "Israel" that is constantly violating the ceasefire. It is obvious he doesn't want to honour his part of the MoU that ensures the "Israeli" withdrawal from Lebanon.

Trump now threatening the lives of the Iranian negotiators in Switzerland while also claiming the US “may take over the Strait of Hormuz if we have to and collect tolls…”

Sometimes I think this MoU and Trump’s daily sabotage of it was a way for the US to track how Iran is laying and removing mines.

But then I remember that the president is a narcissistic dumbass who just says whatever pops in his brain at the moment and trying to assign rhyme or reason to his buffoonery is pointless.

He got $2 billion from the Saudis the last time and said he invested it Israel to build pathway for Saudi-Israel normalization. He is doubtless looking for more billion dollar opportunities at these talks.
