Why do i feel that Pakistan will pull Iran into military alliance along with Saudia Arabia, Turkey and Egypt to form a grand alliance, Muslims NATO? Long term logistically it will make a lot of sense.

Logistically it will connect Iran is connection point between Turkey and Pakistan. Saudi can be connected via Iraq if pulled in.

This can become a formidable alliance to safeguard any expansionist agenda within middle east and will keep the territorial integrity of every country in place.

I think Pak and Qatar are adding "realism" for both parties in the negotiations. The maximalist demands are being tempered. I dont think otherwise direct US Iran talks would have worked.

e-CNY app (electronic renminbi) seems to was available outside China when they launched 2 years ago, but currently it's only available to use in China in "Pilot mode". They are doing tests, tries. They must know very well how bad USA can take that. But definitely they are moving in that direction.

Here in Spain you can see UnionPay cards accepted in a lot of stores/atm, more than 90% supported, and almost nobody knows what is UnionPay, because Spanish banks dont give UnionPay cards, it's only for the 300k people of Chinese diaspora in Spain.

Interesting to know Russia/Iran have reciprocal agreements about MIR and Shetab. But just three countries couldn't change the world. I dont think it would be possible in BRICS neither. But China will change the world, someday.

I don't think China would start challenging the US financial dominance any time soon. I have been hearing this sort of predictions since early 2010s and I am too skeptical now.

By the way, some Iranian banks used to have branches in nearby countries which was better than nothing for Iranians that have a cash problem when traveling abroad. For example, some of our banks operated branches in Armenia and Georgia and Iranians could use their cards at their ATMs, which weren't that hard to find in small cities like Yerevan or Tbilisi. Georgia stopped its amicable relations with Iran after Mike Pompeo visited there in Trump's first term. I don't know about Armenia.
