Israel has own internal problems related to criminal gangs, unrelated to wars.

It could be.

There are still more than 40 USA refuelers airplanes in main Israeli airport.

USA recently took out 28 refuelers, Israel asked a larger amount because it disruptscivilian air traffic in main airport Ben Gurion in summer season.

So it seems USA has future bigger plans of war against Iran than Israel itself.

And the 2 American aircraft carriers keep sailing near to Iran, as it can be seen in website USNI news fleet tracking.

Trump asked in last G7 summit to France and others to send warships to Hormuz to watch the peace, and they said previously they are willing to do it, a nice target for a ziofalseflag, involving Europe to do dirty job.

I think now USA is just learning Iran action/reactions to provocations, so they can plot a bigger predictable escalation when they will do something bigger, likely involving more actors.

For USA, now is relatively easy start a new escalation, they only have to order to a civilian ship to cross Hormuz ignoring Iran.

This is the main issue. Radar emissions are easily recorded by ESM systems and can be easily jammed or destroyed.
So Irán should rely on optical systems for tracking and hitting vessels. And It should not be so complicated.
Even one man in Omanese coast with a laser designer could Illuminate the vessels and Irán has guided munitions like 155mm Basir that could hit the vessels without emiting just one herz.
Also optical drones as you suggested would help to close the Straits.
 
AL-Turkiya should enter the war in Lebanon on behalf of Israel featuring AL-Jewlani.

It'll be a great new initiative for muzlim toady to prove their loyalty.
