Is it me or was Bibi not so subtly hinting they are about to resume attacks regarding Israel will protect international waters let’s see if Israel is about to join this round

First of all you cannot force a country to use your territorial waters. So no Iran couldn’t put that explicitly in the MoU, legally speaking.

So it was agreed between Iran and Oman that they would set up a mechanism to equally charge tolls. Then share that revenue. Hence Iran would get revenue regardless of which lane was used.

But then later U.S. told Oman if you charge tolls we will obliterate you. And Oman backed off the idea and became complicit with the West and Arabs.

In a way... it works for the better... as bad as it sounds. As the attack was coming regardless. Forcing the hand and catching mid prep works to Iran's advantage... as Iran would hope that all ends are not tied for an encore.
It means another attempt with a half tank that will peter out without delivering results. Eat away precious time and help further the leverage. Of course, it means that a price is paid...

MOU is explicit that no tolls will be charged for 60 days. Iran and Oman were discussing a form of tolls for after those 60 days
