to me to think Iran would spend valuable missiles and weapons during war time to attack empty bases of no value to US.

They didn't hit anything in Iraq. There are no assets there, those bases were vacated a long time ago. But please do carry out posting like this.

Interesting none here covered this and the dynamics at play. No one said a peep about the statement from Mark Rutte. The US has learned that direct military action and economic pressure isn't working.

They will look to shift their strategic objectives to make the geographic periphery around Iran hostile and apply indirect pressure this way, whilst also garnering diplomatic, political and strategic support from powers in the region.

These aircraft weren't floating around Turkey and Europe for giggles.
