Wrong move. Our missiles will be much more effective at deterring the US when it hits precise targets in our neighborhood used for logistics and C&C in the Persian Gulf. Why fire at 1,500 km away when you can hit more strategic targets in a 500km radius?

Targeting Israel will happen eventually, and soon, because Israel is preparing for the next round of war. But before that, we must make sure that the US presence in the Persian Gulf has been severely damaged to prevent serious military action by the US, like invading our southern territory.

Corps says it has targeted US military facilities at Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan with several ballistic missiles.

In a statement carried by the IRIB state broadcaster, the IRGC said its aerospace forces destroyed a command-and-control centre at the base, as well as hangars housing MQ-9 drones.
So just adding to your post but Iran usually doesn’t give exact precise information of what they hit and they seem overly confident that they did what they said they did I’m curious if they are using those missiles with EO capabilities

Hitting a control centre is significant as it can affect operations of multiple drones if true.

Their oil storage is underground and they have too keep minimum 100-150 in these storage too keep pressure... So they actually have 150 million barrels of oil as reserve

How long till the Arabs run out? After that what will happen to US bases in Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE? Iran can keep this rate of fire going for another 1-2 years.

Iran got its oil out. It can refill its reserves which will buy it another 2 months of time under a blockade. Does the U.S. SPIR have 2 months of time? Some estimates say that as soon as Labor Day problems will begin to compound. Do the Republicans before mid terms have time to stay in this war and watch their approval go down?

July IEA report:

Global inventories rose by 21m barrels

Oil in water rose by 117m barrels

Onshore stocks fell by 96m barrels

US/Korea/Korea/Germany etc country stocks still depleted by 62m barrels

So overall still depletion with improving situation. This would be for end June.
