The equation where iran is targeting bases and US is targeting water and wheat facilities cannot be sustained for Iran. Naval blockade is already implemented. They went to starve iranians.

IRGC has to up the ante significantly otherewise iranians are going to suffer massively.. already there are reports of 30+ militaryvand civilians death.
