Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Mine clearance operations are actually underway, mine sweepers don't operate on their own they have escort ships such as destroyers and command ships.

The US have also been conducting mine clearing operations:

I could be wrong but no destroyers are operating within the SOH they are mostly off the Omani coast or in the Arabian sea. The mine sweepers being used are autonomous I dont think either the British or the Germans have autonomous minesweepers in the area. Add to that it was reported that the Germans and Brits wont be using them under war conditions.

I agree. Hitting civilian infraestructure It is a clear symbol of desperation. They have nothing more to hit so they change their strategy to israelí one of burnt land.
US is following the zionist strategy of collective punishment. They want to bring the government down this way. But this has usually failed and only real way of achieving that is ground troops.

Is Iran NOT hitting civilian cargo ships in the strait of Hormuz????? What is the difference then?
Its the same as US warships hitting any tankers or ships heading for Iran - a move to try and control the SOH. A ship cant be classified as "civilian infrastructure" but it is a civilian vessel.

Looks like the news spread by some members regarding UAE buying off their name from the list of countries being attacked by IR was fabricated...

They have hit 6 bridges last night. They are preparing for a ground invasion clearly.

Regardless of what the GCC countries would look like, what is certain that Iran will be annihilated. And GCC will be able to rebuild very quickly, Iran will not be able to do so.

And thus I wonder why insanity in Iran prevails, and why they continue to overplay their hand which will be cut off very soon if this continues.

I was in UAE during this war for work. I have seen with my own eyes busiest roads and life as normal and THAAD / Patriots interception sounds as well and sometimes flashes in skies as well. People had become used to with that. The missile shield is literally very effective. So, the point is GCC has that missile protection which Iran lacks.

Also earlier in the war, Iran had thousands of missiles and it can really overwhelm air defenses. Now its being sensed by NATO, by GCC that Iran's present missile strength is only shadow of its former self.

I only fear that not only NATO would join but there's a chance that even GCC could join once Iran's ability to hit back is depleted. Iran was not a strong military or technological power. It had won the first phase of war only due to its geography (SOH which passed under its nose). Iran should not have given any excuse during ceasefire for the war to resume. But Iran did hit commercial ships. Also Iran should not have asked for too much in MoU like 300 billion dollar reconstruction stuff and likes. They should understand US would not give even a dime. If Iran would have agreed to manageable demands / easy to accept for Trump then this war would be over by now. Trump wanted this war to be over before mid-term but with such a MoU and on top Iran forcing that it would be sole authority to manage SOH then Trump had really no other choice but to finish the job.

Can we confirmation on this from Pakistani bros ? Or is it another Zio psy ops

Nothing is bit off, UAE got pounded last night heavily. Ofcourse only US bases and not UAE interests like last time.

"Got Pounded" LMAO!

Oh wow! 2 targets hit versus 300+ in last few days in Iran. Do the math genius.

2 sheds being hit is not called "got pounded". Its not even a scratch.

They all have sensed that major work is done already by the US. This time its going to be NATO + US. Its already started as NATO air refuelers are getting more active lately.

MoU is dead. This time, they are severely degrading Iran's abilities and will seek a new agreement where Iran would not be offered anything substantial. The last MoU was considered a victory for Iran. But even then some hardliner Iranians were not happy, now all hardliner Iranians should be very happy they got the resumed war what they wanted.

You will read the Memoires of a Mossad Chief after 10 years, where he will explain how their elements inside IRGC made sure that war does not stop and causes maximum damage to iran.

"Major work" is not done by the US yet. Far from it, Iran last night displayed it still have the munitions and capability to launch them.

Yes, they have taken a hammering on the coastline, but Iran is a huge country, there are pundits talking about capturing Abu Musa and the Thob Islands... Okay fine, they capture them, let's say for arguments sake, who is going to hold and defend them?

This war has always been about containment, so occupation and control of territory make no strategic sense, unless the US wants to be dragged into another loop of "forever wars". Can the US take the Islands? YES, they can, will there be appetite in the US for long term boots on the ground or "Korea style police action"? Not so sure!

A majority of American's polled by IPSOS do believe that the war is now headed into a territory where it may become long and protracted:

The Republicans have just pushed through the $95bn budget plan which includes $60bn for defence, $13bn for intelligence, and $12bn for agriculture, as US farmers face higher fuel and fertiliser costs during the war.

These are all signals that as far as the current US administration go, they are willing to dig in their heels. The strikes on Iran are about degrading its capability yes, but also to see who will blink first.

The US has already spent >100 billion USD on the war.

The analysis and theory crafting of the US capturing the three Islands are still discounting the crisis that would hit international shipping and energy sectors if the bab-el-mandeb were to be shut or compromised in any fashion, what pressure the Houthi's can exert there remains to be seen as we know that area has a large NATO naval presence.

What about regional countries? What if any role will they play if the conflict expands?
NATO and US aircraft have been tracked at increasing frequency travelling to and from Egypt:

Those multi-national refuelers you are seeing are in a support role only, what role if any NATO will play is yet to be seen, but it's important to keep an eye on this.
MoU is dead.
Yes
This time, they are severely degrading Iran's abilities and will seek a new agreement where Iran would not be offered anything substantial.
Will have to see what happens, things are still much to fluid.
The last MoU was considered a victory for Iran.
Yes and No.
But even then some hardliner Iranians were not happy, now all hardliner Iranians should be very happy they got the resumed war what they wanted.
How the Iranian leadership choose to conduct this war is their own remit.

The US has fully destroyed Chabahar's naval control tower.

The US also hit a water pumping station in Bandar Abbas.

Iran hit an unknown number of US jet fighters and air refuelers per the IRGC recent statement.

Iran's Ministry of Health: 38 deaths and 400 injured people in the recent strikes after the MoU. 8 people were killed last night alone.

Still no attack on Arab infrastructure. The news about targeting the Bahrain-Saudi bridge is false apparently.

Bro we are having some very serious problems in two of our provinces! We aint losing our more soldiers for Iran or Saudia or US.

This is just a kinky fantasy of a certain sect.

Everything depends if KSA joins the war or not. if KSA enters the war and we don't then whats the point of our troops being stationed in KSA ? What's the point of the fighter squadrons being stationed in KSA ? Also note that almost half of our foreign reserves is Saudi money (Saudi already had enough but when UAE asked to return its money then it was also filled by saudi).

Pakistan will never go on offensive against Iran but atleast have to provide defensive operations or protection of shipping lanes etc. That is why its best in Pakistan's interest that US stop this war. But now Trump is sensing a bigger victory so it would be difficult to stop it now.

GCC will be able to rebuild while iran will not be ablt to do so haha

Iran has faced 8 years long war and three decades of sanctions while gcc cuckcs were tcing US and building themselves all got vain in three months.. did u see the funeral and millions of people on road? Countries are rebuilt by resilience of its people, GCC cucks begged Houthis for a ceasefire after fighting with them for 9 years in an alliance of 9 countries.

Iran didnot target infrastructures of these countries but only/mainly US bases last time. The ruling epstiens class of pet GCC will run to Europe at first sign of real threat to their lives, who is gonna rebuild GCC? Shanfar from Tamil Nadu?
