This will have very deep, perhaps disturbing ramifications on the region.
This is not mere innocence; it is the helplessness. Personally, I would like to arrest Trump and take him to the international court of justice. Personally, I would like to see severe justice carried out on Nathanyahu, his entire cabinet, the entire military of Israel and most of its population for the inhumanity they have committed over the decades. But I am helpless. My country is helpless. There is nothing 190 countries of the world can do when the US decides to go to war.In this innocence of yours millions died... as bystanders... a genocide was committed in international watch and now the sham court created to bring sham Justice itself is under the axe. Yes I the innocent bystander will be inconvenienced... just like in a crash their is a traffic jam and you don't make it to work on time. And that inconvenienced innocent passage is happening not at an accident but a crime scene with active murder on broad day light.
Life is not usual... Gazans couldn't make people care for them... people weren't inconvenienced by their death, dispossession or genocide... international law laughs at you for even considering it.
I completely reject the insinuation because it is flatly contradicted by the timeline of events. The fact is, following the initial intense conflict that began in February, the US, Israel, and Iran agreed to a ceasefire on April 7 . While that temporary truce was fragile, it opened the door for intensive diplomacy. By June 14 the mediators successfully brokered a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which was officially signed by the US, Iran and Pakistan as the mediator. It was all due to this MoU which formally lifted the maritime blockade on Iranian ports, allowed oil exports, and established a framework to fully end the war within 60 days. To ensure safe transit and bypass contested waters, the JMIC was also established which announced a widened shipping route on June 27, 2026, utilizing a specialized corridor hugging the Omani coastline—the "Omani clause" framework.Iran didn’t violate the MOU, the US did, by not controlling Israel in Lebanon and then trying to push ships through the Southern route.
The US shouldn’t have agreed to the MOU if they din’t want to follow it (granted, not a lot of other options), but Trump has violated/reneged on (and continues to) multiple international treaties, agreements and international law, and probably agreed to the MoU in bad faith, planning on violating it whenever he felt like, and the Iranians were more than likely expecting exactly that.
So, at the least, we should have clarity about where the responsibility for all this violence, and chaos lies - with The US and Israeli governments.
Iran already is a nuclear power .It won't be finished unless Iran become nuclear power with will to use nukes ...
You have to step back and take a 30,000 feet-view. Why would the world’s only hegemon with over 400 bases abroad , 350 million people , one of the largest economies in the world need to share with an irrelevant country of 9 million people with zero resources?Through this act, Israel will gain full access to intelligence and data feeds that the USA gathers on Pakistan which Israel can share with India. This will create a lot of problems for that reason alone.
Should Pakistan stop sharing intelligence with the USA now given how that information will end up in Israel and India can learn what Pakistan is looking at, and how? Thereby learning of Pakistan capabilities?
