It's a race between how quick they can change their mindset and adapt. To me with the nuclear deal saga and instigating yemen they just seem adamant to double down on their follies. The thing I don't understand is why not sign a civilian reactor deal with China, their technology especially 3rd generation if I am right is one of the most if not the most advanced in the world.
