It should have accomplished decades ago. A joint Turkish-Iranian counterforce against Kurdish insurgents.
Turkey was always hinting for it and willing but Iran never accepted it, no matter which president came to power.
Turkey wasted a lot of resources and manpower to smash those pro-Western traitors in Iraq, Syria and Turkey itself but Iran had always a cool relationship with those bums.
And now they are dangerous liability for Iran. The moment the CIA needs them to create havok, they will be activated within the borders. God knows how much money and weapons they have now.
