Likely Dimona is empty. It has no current use for anything.

Several israeli reactors can be targeted claiming that there are weapon depots nearby. There can be overheating on isr reactors if they were hit at the right spot. This can be a deterrant against usa tactical nukes. No need to hit the bunkers directly but if their tactical nuke arsenal location is known and protection is not so deep relying on isreali airforce they can be targeted as well with ground penetrating bm types as well.

The only nuclear reactor you can know for sure it exists and it's there is the nuclear reactor of a working nuclear plant.
