No hard tax decisions can make Pakistan better unless people get rid from the corrupt to the core leaders likes of Zardaris & Shareefs. They got richest in the country with massive wealth plundered and doing bad agreements for the country just for the kickbacks.

I don't want to derail this thread but it is the Army that is the root cause of all of Pakistan's problems, including its aid and loan addiction. Zardari/Sharifs are among the cast of minor characters who come and go.
