They still have plenty of tomahawks before they run out. And they don’t worry about having enough for other theaters because neither Putin or Xi has the guts to suprise attack America in its moment of military weakness.

But Tomahawks will not change the strategic picture. Sure they may damage some buildings but Iran has repeatedly demonstrated it's ability to rebuild. "Mowing the lawn" may work in close proximity against militias, not far away nation-states.

The goal has been to mow the lawn against Iran’s cruise missile capability on the coast. If Iran has less cruise missile capability then more ships can get thru SoH.
