China is unproven in military combat. Its last experience with war was Korea. Chinese military will go thru the same growing pains that Russian military did after invading Ukraine.

China on paper is hypothetically a very strong military power, however we have yet to see them in an actual conflict. If wars were solely won by possessing shiny high tech weapons and strong economic power with a solid industrial manufacturing capability, then U.S. wouldn’t be stuck in the mud with Iran.

Are you stupid? I am talking about US bases in UAE, KSA, and Qatar that are where U.S. forces are mostly operating out of when they run operations against Iran.

First 2 phases of the war (initial blitz, ceasefire and MOU part), Iran came out on top.

In this third phase post MOU with blocade, economic warefare and attacking to reduce Irans defensive, radar capability and ability to project power across SOH, as things stand id say the US is ahead.

Now most of us are confused why Iran is carrying out knee jerk responses to being attacked and in many instances not that damaging and so we speculate maybe its conserving weapon stocks for a next intense round after mid terms, or Iran is in collusion with other states like Iraq and also pushing oil out, or there weapons stocks are low with limited manufacturing, or a fractured leadership.

Maybe its all the above or its something else, but one thing is becoming clear for me atleast current strategy of Iran is not working and embolding trump more.

MAke no mistake cats out of the bag with trump you cant negotiate with him, he wants Irans oil same as what his done with venezuela so Iran probably needs to plan itself out of trumps presidency as a minimum.

It certainly feels like that from the outside because we lack so much information. We don't know or understand what the strategic goals and end state of all parties is, how achievable those goals are and what they are working on behind the scenes to try and achieve those goals.

We therefore revert to how we think Iran should be fighting versus what they are doing. Iran is taking on a super power with itself being a mid-ranking regional power. Iran's choices are and always be limited in how they can respond to American actions.

Iran certainly has to fix a few things, the primary being the ability to actually hit USN ships, as of now the USN can have uncontested access it seems.
