It doesnt look likely that Usa will withraw but lets say Usa is not the sole world superpower and doesn't have the stomach for more wars, who will then replace the Usa. Russia and Iran (if regime survives) are too weak and China is a business power.

usa is a declining superpower.

so their mission is not win wars, is to fck everybody else economies in vital energy lanes for world economy, using war as a mean to destroy economy.

and they are doing a very fine work from that perspective.
