Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

The guy has guts, considering the Israelis or the Americans could easily pick him off this way

Good for him
during the war almost all the military and political leaders were openly walking in the streets of Tehran

the problem is that Larijani was then killed a few days later

they always had guts, too much bravery and not enough precautions

IranAir still operates in Turkey. Why is the US targeting Mahan Air?

The Washington Post, citing 6 U.S. Defence Department sources, reports that at least 22-23 U.S. soldiers have been killed in the Iran war - more than the official Pentagon claim of 18.
It depends on how the measurement and reporting is being done. People die in non-combat related incidents in combat zones. Vehicle rollovers, training exercises, etc.

Editing to add: during Shield / Storm, the US suffered as total of 386 deaths. 151 were direct combat related. The other 235 were non-combat related.

The cause of non-combat related deaths? Accidents, illnesses, heat-related, other environmental factors.

Perhaps that is the situation here.
