I guess the arabs, US and Europe will take over those parts in Yemen where they can not close the strait. Hormuz is closed they are not about to let the other side close as well. Probably troops on the ground to make sure it remains open always. But before troops, air campaign.

Or no troops and just bombing because they had shared satellite images of houthis digging in across the strait and are afraid they can hit ships from there. So probably want to dislodge them completely

I'm confused by how gasoline and diesel prices are going up. Aren't ships passing through the strait of hormuz. Until Iran rebuilds its damaged ship detection radars I don't see why prices don't go down. The US is still releasing from the SPR.

When it's something everbody can see in gas stations, and it was main news in past record increases like Russian invasion of Ukraine.
