To be fair, taking the high road and ignoring the situation entirely was probably the smartest move. Any response would have given them an excuse to cry antisemitism and blow everything out of proportion.

That level of restraint, staying completely composed and acting as if the person wasn't even in the room, deserves some credit despite their mistakes in the war. They actually made the Israeli representative look dumb.

If Iran wants the MOU again, Iran has to learn from the mistakes of the first and reformulate the wording making clear the intent of the MOU as Iran agreed to. trump wants to hit the Houthis and destroy them, apart of a new MOU, have it so Iran cannot attack Israel over Gaza and Lebanon, and US cannot attack Houthis. No attacking the others proxies, including Hezbollah. Only get the Houthis to join the MOU if Israel leaves Lebanon and Gaza and agrees to not return. Once Israeli troops leave both occupied territories, then Houthis can claim victory too. Otherwise stick to the mentioned policy of closing the strait until trump and bibi leave office. So long as Israel occupied Lebanon and Gaza, Houthis can keep targeting Saudi oil targets as usual.
