He wants the enriched Uranium esp the 60% Uranium to be extracted from Iran to Russia or an other western country, i mean, in his wer dreams.

Clearly the “halt to enrichment” goes beyond just right now. Prior to the February war, US was asking for a 15 year ban. Which is basically a permanent ban disguised as a temporary one to trick Iran.
