Trump/US army is too p*ssy to even deploy US soldiers in the 400km radius of iran, boots on the ground is out of the question, the worst they can do is drop a tactical nuke but that can potentially have cascading civilization ending implications for the rest of the world.

Likely more to defend the border area from Kurdish militants than a serious attempt at confronting US forces with tanks.

Drones would destroy the tanks anywhere they maybe, regardless if they hide in cities or mountains. Aircraft could safely exchange from tens of KMs with glide bombs.

It would be a massacre. Just look at how many tanks Russia lost to drones during the Ukraine war - thousands.
