I don't understand why Iran is not launching preemptive strikes here. It's pretty obvious US is trying to soften Iran up before the massive attacks.

Anything below $150 is still way too low for oil to be one of Iran's leverages.

I don't get why people think Iran's oil strategy is going to work. Even the aftermath of the Iraq war pushed oil prices beyond $180 in today's USD and the world handled it for more than a year without a problem.
