No, not directly—but they can use local elements for spying and targeting. Iran did it with Uzair Baloch and others, and India has used terror-sponsored proxies to strike our air and naval bases. Those were just foot soldiers. If Pakistan doesn’t secure its western borders and stop illegal traffic and smuggling, I fear the next threat may not come on foot—it could be precision-guided drones or missiles.Israel don't have heart to do anything directly to Pakistan but they are trying with India their basic objective is that if Pakistan retaliate India will suffer which they don't care since they are trying to use India as bait.
If they can smuggle missiles into Iran, the same could be done to Pakistan.
