This lines up with what I’ve been saying for a long time — it’s not a sudden opinion.

People might are now realising that modern warfare has changed completely. In today’s battlefield, the first move isn’t sending aircraft to enemy space except for stealth plane — it’s stand-off missiles and drones targeting air defence systems and critical installations.

Once those are taken out, the next phase begins: airbases are struck, and aircraft are destroyed before they can even launch. That cripples a nation's air power from the ground up.

If you can’t protect your bases and critical infrastructure, you start losing capability — day by day.

Air defense systems is now the core of survival. If you can protect your skies, your firepower stays intact. If not, you’re already losing, no matter how strong your arsenal is.

I’ve said this before. I just didn’t expect to watch it unfold so soon, in real time. it is sad but true.

Israel is still reported striking Iranian missile sites, as well as other military sites.

Its already over for Iran.

By the time this is done, Iran won't have anything significant left to retaliate with.

The only ones who seem to be attacking Israel as militant groups in Iraq.

There are only two real dangers for Iran in case of a full-scale war between Iran and Israel/USA

1) Israel or USA will use nuclear weapons
2) Iranian economic infrastructure will be destroyed by conventional airstrikes (and only US can do that)

The first danger may or may not be possible

The second danger can happen in case of war with US, but if US destroys Iranian economy, Iran will destroy Persian Gulf oil infrastructure and close the Strait of Hormuz and US and Europe will suffer much more economic damage than Iran

Reminds me of the Pakistani mullahs. They make big noise but when #### hits the fan they don't know what to do or say. I expected Iran to have atleast a professional level of SAM systems, as the Iranians claimed this is enough for us to destroy Israeli and Nato planes. I am seriously shocked at this.

Israel at first claimed they will target Iranian nuclear facilities, now claiming they will destroy all missile bases, soon will claim they want to target ports, economy infrastructure used for missiles etc. They have announced 14 days of operations, we all know Israel will devastate Iranian capabilities, send Iran back to 1980s. This will all lead to anti regime protests possible change of regime. Will the Iranians accept this level of humiliation? Israel will continue to target even after 14 days until end of regime, the new regime will be anti Russia China and pro Usa, Israel and GCC.

I agree and this is the last chance of Iranian regime. to prevent this, Israelis are conducting regular airstrikes.
Pakistan needs to be on high alert because next time Israel might openly participate in an Indian strike on Pakistan.

Sorry for the off-topic but this is what I posted in another thread earlier today.

After the Iranian decapitation strikes today, there is ZERO DOUBT that Pakistan will be the next target of a joint India-Israel attack.

Pakistan is the last remaining challenge to Israel. Turkey is in NATO and Erdodan is only good for drama dialogs against Israel.

Is Pakistani military watching what mistakes Iran made and learning from them?

Yes, China is the crucial factor that India-Israel would consider.

China will not allow Pakistan's military to be degraded to such an extent.
Will it jump in?
Will the US follow?
It all escalates very quickly.

So far, India has hesitated from escalating to the point where China would take notice but will Israel convince it to throw caution to the wind? Or would Israel escalate anyway without India's consent?
