One thing that I’ve noticed consistently is that the Irani BMs have very less payload. The blast is just too small to cause good damage.

At such a long range, that is the maximum one can do with a regular BM, unless you start arming them with something more action-packed, which nobody wants at this point.

targeting population centres (which they already did btw) is a bit hard to reconcile with the whole 'we want to help free you' message
