It seems Irans air defence has rebound, and the Israel is now sending smaller squadrons of aircraft in their attacks.
They did one major "shock and awe" with their operation that peobably were years in the making and planning, but now that is a used up card.

It doesnt seem as a war that Israel can sustain the longer it goes on.

Am I reading the situation correctly or is it just wishful thinking?

you might be reading it correctly. CNN was citing US defence sources getting concerned that Israel has not achieved any strategic objectives, they will soon run out of ammunition if they keep going this way and they have just broken down the nuclear negotiations for good, meaning Iran will 100% go in for the nukes now, knowing that Israel cannot do anything about it.

This is why Israel is going so hard for the propaganda now. They are failing at much else. They only managed ot take down a grid station at one plant after a full day of bombing, , which will be repaired in a week at the most. And Iranian air defenses seem to have rebound again.

They're targeting military sites, often not openly visible. Don't expect a Gaza type demolition site.

I wouldn't call firing blindly with AA guns a rebounding of air defense. Israeli planes are freely entering and leaving as we speak.

For real, Iran is using WW2 era weapons. What about to Bavar, Khordad, Tabas, S-300, TOR, Dezful, and tens of other systems Iran has unveiled?
