Even if Iran had a decent airforce as did Iraq during desert storm, it would have been a turkey shoot a la Bekaa Valley. Iran's airforce would have been equipped with Russian junk and Israeli high tech 4.5 and 5th generation aircraft as well as unmatched force multipliers would have made short work of it. Iranis had no choice but to divest from a force they knew won't offer any resistance given the massive technological gap.

Having some decent aircraft is better then having none at all
and you should have given the example of Iraq during iran iraq war they had some of the best soviet and french aircraft of that time

Over 100 missiles launched so far and all videos of the impacts seem to be from 2 or 3 missiles from different angles. It doesn't make sense. Maybe Israel has shut down the internet?

Israel has asked all citizens to stop posting videos as it helps the enemy, as they put it

So videos coming out of Israel will be limited now

They are not small, you are just looking at them from tens of miles away over the whole skyline of Tel Aviv. Iran has taken out multiple targets completely. The missiles are doing more than enough for what they intend to do.

I don't think it's that the warheads are small, it's that they lack precision to hit a valuable target with accuracy. If you hit tarmac it won't look like major damage.
