Now question is does Iran go into a agreement or just ceasefire and wait it out, take secret measures at facilities ?

People are expecting Iran to fight against combined defenses of dozens of countries, without an Airforce and still be able to hit Israel openly without interceptions. It does not work that way. It seems for a lot of those missiles, even if they are intercepted, the warheads carry on and explode on the ground.. So an intercept does not mean the warhead is destroyed given how much momentum they have.
