They can fly over Afghanistan and monitor the airspace from ther and provide a live feed to Iran from there. It would need to be actively protected, and i dont see PAF doing that. Maybe a feed from some of the OTH capability is the best that Pakistan can provide as of now.

Iran is wide enough that the radar picture over Iraq would not be possible via Afghanistan. Flying over Afghanistan could cover eastern Iran.
