Turkey will likely not "enter into the war", but it has condemned the Israeli attack, and it will not allow its territory to be used against Iran. This is about as much as what Turkey can realistically do.

beyond that a meeting at the OIC and the Arab League can be called, this won't do anything tangibly, but what it will do is stop the Europeans from monopolizing the narrative of "the whole world/region vs Iran", what is will show is that this is an Israeli lone act that the region rejects and rogue actions being supported by the europeans to destabilize the middle east.
