Compare how he has mishandled China with same ridiculous bluster and threats and tariffs, and then climbed down couple months later to reach mediocre deal. This included a threat to ban and expel Chinese students which he quickly backed out of as well once talks began with China.

Iran has hit Israel hard and the Israelis have run to Trump to save them. He wants a deal with Iran quickly to stave off any intervention on Israel's behalf. His tweet of evacuating Tehran is likely a response to IRGC claim of mass attacks tonight. We know that behind the scenes negotiations have always been going on directly or indirectly.
