Both sides have inflicted damage on the other, but Israel has failed in achieving its main objective, which was the destruction of the nuclear program. They also failed in their secondary objective of causing a regime change.

If negotiations with the US results in going back to the status quo, then I would consider it a win for Iran. If Iran surrenders its nuclear program for a ceasefire, then it's a win for Israel.

I think Israel never intended to destroy the nuclear program, they never had the ability to do so. Their plan was to start a war and then pull US in which will then destroy the nuclear program.
