I don't want to write something that will hurt the feelings of our shia brethren, but yes, they can't go against the fatwa given by an Ayatollah. And it is not possible to take back the fatwa too.

Anyway, I have very limited knowledge of the fatwa system in Shia islam, so can't comment on it further. For me, it was the most stupid fatwa I have ever heard from someone whose entire nation was living with an existential threat for decades.

This happens, the war is over. Israel will either risk a nuke getting dropped on it, or it'll back off.

There is also the risk of Israel intensifying it's strikes, and the US outright invading at that point to stop Iran from building a viable bomb.

If true and Iran is on verge of the bomb America won’t invade big difference Israel may continue bombing from the air versus America invading from land i don’t Iranians would hesitate setting off a nuke on their coastal shores if they lose everyone loses

To be fair, Russia, China and Iran are all clowns in this affair. The reason why the West is powerful is because they move in one direction, like a wolf pack. While the "East" are like a herd of cats, all doing their own thing. Nothing is integrated. There is no single system. No one organizing everything in any systematic, integrated way.

Iran has acted quite incompetently, Yes. Both Russia and China have also failed to provide decisive protection as well, which both are perfectly capable of doing together.

Maybe you are right. What we all need to understand is that we(the Russians) didnt lose the Cold war. The whole world apart from the West did. They defeated all of us, kept their Cold war structures even made them more stronger and now they are doing whatever the **** they want with the whole world. And most of the countries such as China or the Arabs are actually happy, because the West let them eat the leftovers from their table.

The bitter truth is that we(the rest of the world) deserver everything that is happening to us. Be it in Yugoslavia, Gaza and the Muslim world as a whole, the Korean Peninsula, Latin America, Africa or Asia.

Unless Iran is hiding something from IAEA, the findings were, it will take 3 years for Iran to make a nuclear device if they decide to do it.
