You need to go to columns, search for visiable cracks, there are special colored liquids, you pump into columns, and see if it leaks from somewhere else. Also, there are some x-ray like equipment that shows the rebars in the columns in real time. They looks if there are deformation (interior damage)on them.

We can't understand any much more from videos, from the videos there is not much visible damage on the structural system.
