If they are using legitimate flight numbers and Cargolux is denying flights, one must wonder why the deception.

That's fake. MNB1925 was no where near Iran on the day that was landed in Iran, and the screenshot provided is not actually showing anything, NMB1925 was in Athens. And Flightradar 24 explains why the Cargolux plane "flew" over Iran as a data discrepancy due to GPS jamming.
