Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I'm eager to know how it feels for them to fight someone that can do the exact same heinous crimes they do
Their usual reaction is to escalate even further. "What doesnt work with force will work with more force". You saw this in Gaza when they were struggling against Hamas and they went genocidal.

China won't even do that in the strait of Taiwan, what makes you think they'll go out of their way to do so in Persian Gulf/Arabian Sea.
Taiwan would be a war of annexation.

This is nowhere near the same scenario.

But like I said, it's wishful thinking on my part.

Summary of notes from Iranian Foreign Minster's speech at Geneva:
  • We were attacked in the middle of an ongoing diplomatic process.
  • We were supposed to meet Americans on June 15 to craft a very promising agreement for a peaceful resolution of the issues fabricated over our peaceful nuclear program.
  • It was a betrayal of diplomacy and an unprecedented blow to the foundation of international law and the UN system.
  • We need action now. Otherwise, the whole UN-based international law system would corrode badly.
  • This is a call from someone who has allocated his whole life to dialogue and diplomacy, but who is also a veteran of an imposed war by the [former President of Iraq] Saddam [Hussein’s] regime and knows how to defend his beloved motherland.

I used to think why is air force needed when we have missiles.. then after a couple of days of Iran-occupied Palestine conflict, I started realizing that air force is really needed. Then after a week, I again went back to my original thought.. fcuk air force, produce missiles. Let's see when I change my position now.

Moment Iranian missile impacts near Haifa Port. Iron Dome interceptors are just exploding in the air. They aren't meant to intercept ballistic missiles but it's good Israel is wasting them.

They developed their system for poorly made rockets from Gaza but in real world high speed missile can dodge them easily since THAAD ammo is near finish.

I saw an analyst saying Israel made a huge mistake by not investing in large numbers of hypersonic missiles like Iran has: They are much cheaper and more destructive vs flying expensive fighter jets with complex logistics of refueling, risks of being shot down, and smaller payloads...
This is nonsense. The IAF is prevented from doing what it has been ordered to do because of geography. The IAF's shift from ALCM to ALBM has something to do with this, but the production is unlikely to be large enough to sustain such a campaign, but neither of the two modes of attack: ALBM delivery from fighters and mobile ballistic missile launchers is a substitute for conventional bombing.
