Guys, I’m getting a little bit worried by how much we are fucking up Israel. I don’t want us to drag the US in.

No, no, and no.
Modern airforce is not just about the jets. Way, way more than that. People might benefit from the India-Pakistan May 2025 conflict. First time in human history, so many advanced gadgets, jets, satellites, EW, strategies were utilized between two peer-powers with a lot of preparations, training on both sides. IF Iran had invested in similar setup decades ago, then, maybe it would have helped otherwise their jets would be destroyed on the ground!

I believe Iran made right approach: Ballistic missiles in large numbers AND in investing in the proxies right next to Israel. They need to find a replacement for the lost proxies. And fast.

In a defensive posture, all you need are ground based radars, and fighter jets. You aren't going on the offensive, so AWACS are just an extra eye in the sky at that point.

What you believe doesn't matter, what we see is that Israel has total domination over Iranian airspace, able to destroy targets and refuel over Iranian airspace with complete impunity. A modern jet with modern weapons and radars would be able to challenge that, even without AWACS support. No one is saying that Iran would be able to beat the Israeli air force, but since Israeli fighters are so far from home, they'd have to actively be far more careful operating over Iraq and Iran, in case Iran suddenly got the ability to shoot down Israeli fighters.

So your "no, no, and no" makes no sense in reality.

What do you think of the theory doing the rounds that Israel is deliberately allowing more Iranian missiles to go through, so that we get these images and videos of Tel Aviv/Haifa destruction, and hence even more pressure builds on Americans to intervene ?

False. Western media is still downplaying the effect of Iran’s missile power.

Was going to say that I made the mistake of watching Wajahat S. Khan a few times and the comments were all IK followers and Indians. I don't comment on YT much but it seems the Indians like the bottom feeders they are and jumped on it on this inter-Pakistan divide. Those Expats that were pro-IK and anti-Army, they have died down due to the conflict so its unfair to label them all as anti-Pakistan by you or the other pro-Junta folks here.

On a side note, I can't for the love of God stand the way W Khan talks. Its like he has series of food in his mouth. And the way he mocks the military institution (for right or wrong) just drives me nuts.

I find Wajahat Khan especially respulsive with his faux American accent and pretense of Western education and mannerisms. He and Moeed Pirzada are former establishment touts , who for the time being are in the doghouse. They will come running back to Establishment if it even slightly smiles at them. Back to topic now.
