Yeah, in this case I'm against a response on US forces/bases. Let Trump get his hour of fame and glory he wants.

Negotiations under fire are still ongoing. I would strike at Israel and make a go for Dimona facility.

I would also start destabilizing Persian Gulf slowly by targeting oil tankers with first stage of escalation.

That last part is definitely going to start a war with not only the US, but PG countries too. The best move is to finish off Israel now that we got Trump out of our back.

Means you are likely right. This government has no spine. 25 years only to rollover. Iran could have just been a west puppet state for that 25 years and achieved the same ineptitude, but at least its people wouldn’t be starved by the West via sanctions for decades. If one off strike by the Americans then Iran got lucky.

For Iran a continuous bombing campaign would have been draining. However Iran would have easily mined the Persian Gulf, resulting in world wide economic problems.

There's now two options for Iran right now, regardless of the fate of Fordow.

1) bomb US bases, and possibly get the US involved in a long war.

2) Ignore this, and keep striking Israel, and assume the US will not want to get itself involved further.

Its a wait and see right now.
