Even if China supports Iran, it can only be because Israel and the US have violated Iran's sovereignty.

Trump has demanded that Iran suspend its nuclear program, and on this one issue he is correct. We have made it clear that we are against any nuclear proliferation.

Supporting Iran's nuclear program would put us on the wrong side of the world, and countries like Saudi Arabia in particular certainly wouldn't want to see Iran have nuclear weapons. The Iranian government should not be overthrown, but the nuclear program should indeed be suspended.

Step back one. In Taking a step back even further, with the number of spies in the Iranian government, are we really sure that these nuclear weapons won't end up being dropped on our heads?

You drank the cool aid. Iran was never building a weapon and used enrichment as a bargaining chip to revive the JCPOA. I wish they were building it, but they did not; US intelligence, IAEA confirmed Iran was not building a nuclear weapon.
This whole saga is not about nuclear proliferation, but about regime change, weaken a hostile nation and install a pro western puppet.

As wars go, Iran hasn’t been hurt too much yet, except for their egos. A few hundred civilians dead and severe damage to their nuclear facilities. Compare that to brutal wars where whole countries are destroyed with millions dead, e.g. Germany or Japan.

I think that Iran should call it a day and do a peace deal. It took on the task of fighting Israel/US/NATO all alone, something clearly beyond its ability. To create all that enmity and loudly challenge world powers when it didn’t have the security of nuclear weapons seems like a foolish policy. Also, having antagonistic relations with almost all its neighbors wasn’t too intelligent either.

At this point Israel may not let Iran get away without further damage. Without a peace deal surrendering its nuclear program, Israel can keep bombing again and again. Iran has lost its chance and should forget about nukes.

To continue fighting seems futile. All it will achieve may be some sense of taking revenge but then Israel/US will keep bombing. Better for the military to take over and start fixing the country.

Iran will only wake up to the path it should take after suffering.

Previously the Iranians were insincere about cooperation with China, betraying the Chinese government on several occasions and even handing over promised ports to the Indians, seriously damaging the B&R program. There was also the inexplicable death of President Raisi that led to the interruption of the great Chinese-led Saudi-Iranian rapprochement, and a great deal of diplomatic resources were wasted.

It is only natural that China now asks Iran to show its resolve and value of resistance before deciding whether to assist it.

As for buying Chinese high-end weapon systems, how can China trust a country that can't even replace GPS with Compass?

Muslim countries still have a long way to go in freeing themselves from Western manipulation.

Just take this post as an example — much of the information about the Israel–Iran conflict comes from X, whose owner, Elon Musk, is not only deeply involved in top-level U.S. politics but also owns Starlink.

History has shown that if Musk believes something benefits the United States, he will not hesitate to use X to control public opinion in support of Trump’s election and to use Starlink to aid Ukraine in its war efforts.

Guys, the bottom line is, that for Decades, the US and the West have excelled at Science, Tech, Finance and Military. While they build 27 Kms long Large Hadron Collider beneath Switzerland to achieve Quantum tech, we Muslims have spent that time in arguing which sect is right/wrong or who can build the tallest skyscrapers

I am an astrophysicist and I know for a fact that in Europe alone, there are 12,000 open public observatories where people can go and study space, free of charge, let alone the high tech ones that are all across the globe. Meanwhile there is not a single observatory in any Muslim country. Not a single one in even the richest of gulf states. When I take images of space, its littered with tens of thousands of satellites trails, to he point that we now have to use special software to clean off the satellite trails from images of deep space, meanwhile all Muslim countries combined, at 30% of world population, have a total of 152 satellites that they sent through help of others. Its the same in almost every advanced field. That is the state of our affairs.

We collect the tech they have thrown away since 2 Decades and hope to fight them off with wild scenarios. Today a single B2 can come undetected, in all weather conditions and throw 6 Bunker Bursters within 5 feet accuracy, from 50,000 Feet in the air and then tell us not to respond or more will come. They have already long beaten us by throwing us into greed and internal conflict for decades. Now they are just asserting that rule and we are slowly being slapped into the reality.

Imagining what Iran can do is good to Cope, but that's abut it. We need a long term, forward looking change in our societies, from here onwards, to move ahead. That's about it.

Since you mentioned LHC, I remember an episode that I read from one of the European 'architects' of the program. This was in the early days when they were going around various countries to get financial backing for CERN. Naturally, Saudi Arabia, being well known for having lot of cash was approached to contribute to CERN project that was advertised as a new tool to decipher the deepest mysteries of nature - like what is matter and energy etc., The meeting was held in a very posh desert tent with air conditioning and large TV screens etc., where a prince was on a holiday. The prince listened carefully to the presentation but finally decided to not participate in the project. The reason he advanced was - Quran has revealed all Allah wants us to know about nature and trying to decipher the type of things CERN plans to do may be unislamic.

Both Russia and China are officially against Iran getting nukes now. So be realistic, Iran has to get it by itself from "unofficial" channels.

There are no way to impreach him, you need 66 senator to impreach a sitting US president, Dem only have 43, the chance to make that up to 66 by 2026 is very slim.

Also, don't forget this strike was originated from the B-2 Base in Missouri, that's a 36 hours flight. which mean they greenlit the strike before Iran officially refused the talk.
