I don't feel so. Modi liked framing/attacking Pakistan as an easy way to get votes. Now Pakistan has made the cost way too high for him. Even During Sindoor, Modi's face seemed like he has made a big mistake and he does not know what to do about it. Half of India was having blackouts, drills and threat of a war hanging on them for days. nobody in India wanted that at all.

I think Modi was glad he got out of it somehow and I do not think he will want to try that again. The cost-benefit has become too dangerous.

1 - First and foremost, Your nukes are your lifeline, the day you give them up, you are gone. Nuclear weapons remain the ultimate deterrent against existential threat. One should have "ALL" means to deliver these to the home of enemy when the time comes.

2 - Keep your house "SAFE" & keep your "ASSETS" secure from espionage and terrorism Middle East has been neutralized & war is at your door from 2 destabilized neighbors, as if your own unstable areas were not enough for you.
