I don't know how realistic it would be, but Iran should buy them from North-Korea or should leave NPT and "lease" a nuclear facility there to unrich their uranium to 90%

Not really. Our leadership is just as autistic as yours. Both our governments believe in some miracle international law and when we both got hit we go out and says that the international law was breached by the reckless actions of (country of your choice). We demand actions, we demand condemnation and nonsense like that. So its normal for us to trust each other.

Iran needs to choose next targets carefully. Focus on high value economic targets in upcoming strikes. Something big has to be hit like the Intel Factory or something economy/life disrupting.

That will bring Israeli's to deescalate and give Iran time to reorganize and brainstorm.

Saudi Arabia has raised the alert level of its armed forces and deployed air defense units across the country in anticipation of the consequences of the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman held separate phone calls with the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to discuss the latest developments in the region and the implications of the U.S. targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities.
 
The IDF still has not taken full control of Iranian skies, they operate freely in northwestern Iran. They are deliberately bombing that area (Tabriz) knowing it is inhabited by Azeri Turks, hoping they will start to rebel against Tehran. This has not worked.

Both the Israel and the US are disappointed there have been no uprisings against the central government in Tehran. This was their card, they were hoping for this, but it did not turn out as they perceived it.

Even my brotherly Turkey might be in on it, as per Game Theory, Turkey would benefit from a deteriorating situation in Iran to expand it's influence via Azeri Turks in Iran. I don't agree with this part of Turkish policy, I think Turkey needs to support Iran in these times, or at least be neutral and play a constructive mediating role.

As per the above-mentioned Game Theory, call me crazy, but if I learned anything in Finance school when I was a young buck, it all comes down to 'what's best for me" and if I was Israel (thank God I am not), I would do everything to drag the US and Iran into a conflict to mutually destroy each other so I come out on top as the regional hegemon.

If we look at all countries which did not bow down to Israel, they all were destroyed, one by one, starting with Iraq in 2003, then Libya, then Syria, now Iran. After this it will be Turkey and Pakistan, where I would put all efforts into making them client states (such as SA, Egypt, etc.) or destabilize them and destroy them from the inside.

The end goal is greater israel.
