You can convince someone that you are 'compliant' but that does not mean another person will agree. And that was my point.

Iran have given zero evidence for any legitimate need for %60 enrichment. Iran have no nuclear powered vessels. That leave nuclear warheads. You can scream 'compliant' all you want but it looked like the other guy -- Crump -- called your bluff.
