Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Iran did not win in the sense of how the conflict was taking place. Yes, it's nuclear activities are not eliminated but Mossad's spy network is very much active who are going to destroy the remaining critical assets during 'peace' time. They will find the enriched uranium and take it away or destroy it and they will routinely kill IRGC leaders and nuclear scientists. They will target their ballistic missile program through sabotage and espionage etc.

Basically, Iran has been exposed to be a paper tiger and will face destabising internal forces because clearly it has very poor counter intelligence.

So, while on the surface it may seem that they have survived...the reality is that they have been so badly infiltrated that it is anyone's guess if they can escape it. They are completely compromised.

Iran will have to first clean house, build counter intelligence capabilities, realign with proper regional powers to build allies and rebuild it's Air Force. It's strategy of proxy war has fallen flat on its face. Ideally, they would kick out Indians, embrace Pakistan, China and Russia and build a cohesive force for their benefit. This is going to take a very long time.
 
Qatari PM secured the Iranian agreement to the ceasefire proposal
Reuters news agency, citing an unnamed US source, is reporting that Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani secured Tehran’s agreement to the US proposal for a ceasefire in the conflict between Israel and Iran during a call with Iranian officials.

The phone call came after US president Donald Trump told Qatar’s emir that Israel had agreed to the ceasefire and asked for Doha’s help in persuading Tehran to also agree to the ceasefire deal, the official said.

The agreement was reached after Iran struck the US air base Al Udeid in Qatar late on Monday.

You're being emotional, but I believe Iran should accept it - assuming it's real. Iran was hit with a preemptive strike and suffered heavy losses on the first day. It had no backing from any superpower, while Israel had the support of the collective West. Israel’s true objective was regime change, not stopping a nonexistent nuclear bomb. All Iran needed to do was absorb the attack, retaliate, and exhaust Israel’s missile defense systems, and they did that. Was Iran damaged? Absolutely, and severely. But Israel had one shot at removing the Iranian regime, and they failed.

If Iran addresses its mistakes - by investing in air defense, acquiring some advanced aircraft, and fixing its intelligence failuresand most importantly, takes its 500 kg of 60% enriched uranium and refines it to weapons-grade to build a nuclear bomb, it would significantly strengthen its position. That would guarantee Iran's security in the future and put it in a much stronger and more strategic position.

Let's hope this is a real ceasefire to save innocent lives, and that Iran learns a lot from this very unique experience.

I swear. There is a HUGE Mossad agent in Iran that is sabotaging us.

Nothing stopping Iran from using the pause to good effect.
Procure advanced tech from China on an urgent basis.
Repair what needs repairing.

Of course Iran has to be careful because US satellites will be watching to see what Iran repairs and everything else.

That is true, but when it comes to national defence money will be found

I don't think Iran should give up on every proxy, but these useless hangers on can be reduced

Iran will need to rebuild of course, but their will also need to be a QUICK ramping up of the military

The military itself was largely untouched, but damaged equipment, buildings and factories will need to be rebuilt and deals made post haste with l friendly nations


I think iran already made a deal for Su35s which are yet to be delivered

Chinese J10s, JF17 to incorporate iranian weapons, AWACs, EW, and I would suggest Chinese air defence over Russian
 
The reason is simple, the remaining commanders were threaten to be killed ot evacuated. Definitely 1 major reason Iran agreed, maybe threat was real ? 6 hr earlier than israel ? Why 6 hr early ceasefire from Iran ?
 
If there's a ceasefire. Iran will let the entity live to fight another day. And when the entity takes care of flaws in its airdefense and replenishes it will attack Iran with much more force.

the ruling elite are old and cowardly and incompetent and prefer to play it safe and keep war away from Iran
