Ceasefire it is, atleast for now, Unless Israel didn’t intercept the final missiles purposely in order to catch some footages of mass destruction and use that as a reason to reply back.

It's the Israel that wants the ceasefire because it is according to their plans.
Netanyahu said on his initial statement on day 1, that their war with Iran will last 12 days only.

Normally Seize fire happens same time other wise one person will shoot other while they are seize firing

That is why I thought it would be best to negotiate treaties face to face on paper by actual people of iran for them, instead of twitter , as internet is down in Iran , we all know it for past week or so

These days "Chat bots" can pretend to be negotiator from Iran who knows what the Chat bot may have agreed to

  • Paper Treaty , very solid with signatures and handshake
  • My suggestion was have China-Russia present in agreements so there is some strength , for talks
  • Do full press release after treaty as done in past, lets do this right
  • Lets add clause to return Gaza to Palestinians & west bank , 2 state solution in there as well , thank you Mr President

Either that or Israelis/Americans have really done a number on Iran. IDAF is operating with impunity over Iran and dropping bigger munitions and causing more destruction on a order of magnitude larger than what Iran has managed so far with their sporadic missile salvos.

Secondly, it appears Israel has taken out plenty of Iran's launchers and with constant threat of being taken by IDAF, it's getting very difficult for Iran to safely launch their missiles in any meaningful numbers.
