I agree,

I was expecting more direct involvement. We didn't see that. Possibly to Israeli dismay. The direct involvement we did see, was limited. The USA could have done allot more but CHOOSE not to. Again, to Israeli dismay.

What's also clear is, Iran used duds during TP1 and 2. Israel was lulled into false sense of security. Perhaps that's why in desperation this slipped out:

That NYT report is from five days back. Today, NYT say it's severely damaged not destroyed. You want Fordo to survive intact so desperately that you are clinging to any narrative you can find that aligns with your desires. The truth is no one except the Iranians know the true status of Fordo. However, Netanyahu said the Iranian program has been set back a decade. I suspect he would not have agreed to a ceasefire if Iran's program was set back by a mere 6 months.
