• The on going missions were likely launching form near by Airports
• Iran did took out Israeli Airports as expected

I might be wrong, but I thought the proposal was for Pakistani support for training, with combat handled by Iranians, as it should be.

It won't work. The real problem with Iran is not the enrichment itself. It is Iran's anti-Israel ideology. As long as Iran is anti-US/anti-Israel, they will always find an excuse to try to change the Iranian regime.
