Your foremost weapons supplier is Russia, Iran doesn't buy any Chinese weapons, so you should ask Russia for supplies. No culture would survive without a set of principles of its own. But these principles are applied with priorities in mind, not blindly enforced and judged. China broke the relationship with the "big Soviet brother" when its core interest was violated. It put on the major ideological differences and cozy up with US in order to release pressure from Soviet. Now, it works closely with Russia to counter US aggression. Lack of principles?
